Maria Rodriguez is smart, sassy and not one to shy away from speaking her mind. She keeps tabs on the goings-on at Riverdale, and does all that she can to maintain balance—even if that means occasionally meddling in people’s lives. She means well, though she, along with her best friend Sheila Wu, tend to be gossip queens. But popularity and high school drama are not all that she cares about, Maria is also an extremely talented lyricist.
